How to save energy when using a refrigerator
1) Find the right location - Place your refrigerator or freezer in the coolest location possible, away from heat sources.
2) Set the right temperature - Set your refrigerator temperature to 4 to 5°C and your freezer temperature to -18°C.
3) Always maintain your fridge - Defrost your freeze at least once a year, or more frequently if ice accumulates.
