Alliant Energy (Wisconsin Power and Light) - Shared Savings Program

Summary

Alliant Energy (Wisconsin Power & Light) offers the Shared Savings financing program for the installation of energy efficient farm improvements. Farms or ag-related businesses are eligible if Alliant Energy supplies the electricity or natural gas on a retail rate basis for the applicable technology. With the Shared Savings Program, agricultural customers can purchase high efficiency equipment without any upfront costs. Alliant Energy-WP&L will pay for the cost of the equipment and the customer repays the financing plus administrative fee in 60 equal payments over a five year contract term. Nearly all energy efficient equipment will qualify, but pre-approval from Alliant Energy-WP&L is required.
