Clallam County PUD - Residential Solar Rebate Program

Summary

Clallam County PUD offers rebates for residential customers for the purchase of solar electric energy systems. Solar electric energy systems are eligible for a rebate of $500 per kilowatt (kW-DC) of installed capacity. Solar water heating systems are eligible for a rebate of $500 per system. Solar water heating systems must follow the Bright Way to Heat Water specifications and must be installed by Bright Way certified installers. All solar installations must be approved by the PUD prior to installation and must be installed by a participating PUD-approved contractor. These rebates can be use in conjunction with the loan program also offered by Clallam County PUD.
