Direct Loan Program

Summary

This is a state-funded loan program for commercial and industrial entities to support land purchases, building construction, and the purchase and installation of machinery and equipment. Energy efficient equipment is not specifically mentioned in the program details, but the loan covers equipment improvements and purchases, which is inclusive of high efficiency measures, such as improved insulation, duct work and efficient appliances.
