Oncor Electric Delivery - City and School Matching Grant Program

Summary

The Texas City and School Matching Grant Programs help public facilities reduce their energy spending. All cities and schools with an Oncor electric meter can apply for matching grant dollars for implementing energy efficiency projects. The grants match up to $25,000 for schools and $50,000 for cities to improve HVAC, lighting, and custom efficiency projects. Applicants are required to certify funding and complete projects within a year of approval.
