The Emissions Reduction Incentive Grants (ERIG) Program is a program of the Texas Emission Reduction Plan (TERP). This program offers grants for the replacement or upgrading of on-road and non-road equipment, stationary equipment, locomotives, marine vessels, rail relocation/improvement, and on-vehicle electrification and idle reduction infrastructure.
