Note: Program is only available to electric customers in CenterPoint Energy's service territory (greater Houston, Texas area)

CenterPoint Energy's Healthcare Energy Efficiency Program (HEEP) offers free customized solutions focused on improving the energy performance of small healthcare facilities (less than 300 beds) while maintaining high quality operations. In addition, the program offers cash incentives to healthcare customers who implement eligible energy conservation measures. The following technical services are available for participants:

• Benchmarking
• Energy assessments
• Recommendations for operational and capital improvements
• Assistance with measurement and verification calculations
• Savings calculations (kW and kWh)

Customer participation is based on the following criteria:

• Healthcare facilities, including: hospitals, laboratories, clinics, doctors’ offices and
assisted living facilities
• Facility must have less than 300 beds
• Non-residential electricity distribution service provided by CenterPoint Energy
• Non-transmission class (<69 kV) or non-profit/governmental transmission class customer
