Winchester Utilities - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Summary

Winchester Utilities offers the Energy Right programs in collaboration with the Tennessee Valley Authority. These program offer incentives for residential customers to increase the energy efficiency of eligible homes. Rebates are available for new electric water heaters, heat pumps, and new homes which meet the Energy Right requirements. Heat pumps must be installed by an approved heating/air-conditioning contractor. Consult the website for more information.

Equipment Requirements: Energy Right Homes: must be all electric with electric or dual fuel heat pump, and electric water heating
Heat Pumps (Packaged Unit): Must have 11 SEER or greater
Heat Pumps (Split Unit): Must have 12 SEER or greater
Heat Pumps must be installed by a approved heating/air conditioning contractor
