Southwest Tennessee EMC - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Summary

Southwest Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation (STEMC), in collaboration with The Tennessee Valley Authority, offers water heater rebates for residential customers.  Rebates are available for replacement electric water heater, gas to electric conversion, and the installation of electric water heaters in new site built and manufactured. In addition, STEMC offers TVA's energy right heat pump loan program and energy right new homes program. STEMC offers free underground service to each certified energy right® New Home. Certain energy efficiency standards must be met in order to receive incentives or loans.
