Black Water Electric Cooperative offer residential members a rebate for installation of an energy efficient heat pump. Members must complete and submit rebate form before qualifying for the rebate. Heat pumps must meet Energy Star 2+ EER rating of 19.1 rating or greater. The member will be notified the rebate amount after their form is reviewed by Black Water Electric.
