Pennsylvania's Clean Diesel Grant Program is a competitive grant program designed to help reduce diesel emissions. Emission reduction technologies eligible for grants include, but are not limited to exhaust controls, engine and vehicle replacement, engine upgrades, aerodynamic technologies, and idle reduction technologies. Highway Vehicle/Equipment Replacement - Low NOx: Up to 35% reimbursement
Highway, Locomotive, Marine, or Nonroad Vehicle/Equipment Replacement - Zero Emission: Up to 45% reimbursement
