Energy Trust of Oregon offers a variety of incentives and services through their Multifamily incentive program. Eligible project categories include appliances, heating, ventilation and cooling, windows, water heating, lighting and lighting controls, insulation, commercial foodservice equipment, pool and spa, and custom incentives. Multifamily solar incentives can be found here. Energy Trust also offers a free walkthrough survey with an energy advisor to identify opportunities for energy efficient upgrades. 

All equipment eligible for incentives needs to meet the efficiency requirements stated in the program guidelines. Incentive amounts vary by project type with eligible residences including multifamily attached residential properties with two or more units (duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes), side-by-side units, and stacked structures with five or more units. Customers can see all individual product incentives and eligibility requirements by project type here. To be eligible for these incentives, the property must be located within the service territory of Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural, Cascade Natural Gas, or Avista.

Incentives will not exceed the documents total final eligible project costs or a maximum of $499,999. Energy Trust also limits the total amount of incentives that any participant can receive to $250,000 per sit, per year.
