Attic/Roof Insulation: $0.30 - $2.00/sq.ft.
Floor Insulation: $0.75 - $0.90/sq.ft.
Wall Insulation: $2.00/sq.ft.
Windows/Patio Doors: $6/sq.ft. (u-factor 0.30 or lower), or 25% of the total cost up to $350 (u-factor 0.31 to 0.39)
Exterior Doors: $40
Smart Thermostat: $100
Equipment Requirements: Clothes Washers: CEE Tier 1 minimum (hot water source must be electric)
Heat Pump Water Heater: BPA qualified list, see website's application
Replacement Windows: U-Value of .30 or lower; U-Value of .40 or lower
Insulated Doors: previous door must be non insulated
Insulation: Attic-minimum R-38, Floor- minimum R-30, Wall- minimum R-11
Smart Thermostat: Limit two rebates per home
Installation Requirements: Heat Pump Water Heater: contractors must be preapproved
Ductless Heat Pump: contractors must be preapproved
Insulation: Preapproval required
