New York State Energy Research and Development Authority's (NYSERDA) REVitalize program (RFP 3584) provides funding to develop locally-based clean energy projects that benefit Low- to- Moderate-Income (LMI) or environmental justice (EJ) communities across New York State.
Eligibility
Only Community Based Organizations (CBOs) that provide services or otherwise Low-Moderate Income (LMI) communities or Environmental Justice (EJ) areas are eligible to apply for through the solicitation. Total of $325,000 is available for FY2017, NYSERDA expects to provide funding for 5 projects. Applications are due by September 11, 2017.
