NYSERDA - Homeowner Financing Incentive

Summary

For those who choose not the use the loan financing options offered through NYSERDA, such as the $mart Loan Fund and Energy Star Financing, NYSERDA also offers a direct incentive to encourage energy efficiency. Payment will be authorized after a Certificate of Completion is given to NYSERDA and a program administrator reviews the proposal. The Certificate of Completion Form is located here. Eligible customers are electricity distribution customers of Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation who pay the System Benefits Charge (SBC).
