Liberty Utilities (Electric) - Commercial New Construction Rebate Program

Summary

Liberty Utilities' new construction program offers a variety of financial incentives to customers who are building new facilities, adding capacity for manufacturing, replacing failed equipment, or undergoing major renovations. Prescriptive incentives are available for motors, VFDs, lighting equipment, HVAC equipment, compressed air measures, and custom projects. Custom projects may generally receive up to 75% of the total cost for the high efficiency materials and systems. All equipment must meet program requirements in order to receive rebates.
