Summary

St. Louis County SAVES offers loans to residents for energy efficiency improvements in owner-occupied, single-family homes. Loans are available for a variety of energy-efficiency improvements, as outlined on the program web site. To participate in this program, residents can elect to have an energy assessment or simply choose from the list of eligible improvements. Next, the homeowner should select a St. Louis County SAVES authorized contractor and schedule an estimate. After the estimate is complete, the homeowner can apply on-line for a loan.
