Multi-family Property Owner: 250 furnace or boiler rebates, 250 water heater rebates, 250 integrated system rebates, and 250 thermostat rebates during one program year
Equipment Requirements: Storage Water Heater: 0.647 UEF or greater depending on size
Furnace: 92% AFUE or greater ($200 rebate); 96% AFUE or greater ($300 rebate)
Tankless Water Heater: 0.80 UEF or greater
Programmable Thermostat: 7-day programmable or WiFi
Integrated Space and Water Heating System: 90% AFUE or greater
