It is part of the Efficiency United and Energy Smart Programs run by Franklin Energy HomeWorks Tri-County Electric Cooperative offers a variety of rebates to commercial and industrial customers through the Energy Optimization Program. Incentives are available for lighting measures, building controls, commercial refrigerators and freezers, chillers, heat pumps, air conditioning, motors, variable frequency drives, ice machines, and vending controls. Customers must send a completed application form with project specifications to the contact address listed below to receive pre-approval. New energy efficient equipment may be installed after receiving pre-approval notification from the cooperative. Customers will have 90 days to complete projects and submit final documents. These documents include a detailed invoice, OEM specification sheets, and specific equipment information. All incentives must be taken in the current program year.
