*Incentive inactive: for informational purposes only. See MassSave Programs Unitil offers its Massachusetts residential customers a variety of rebate programs to improve energy efficiency. Prescriptive rebates are available on HVAC equipment, lighting, appliances, energy audits, weatherization, water heating, pool pumps and controls. Unitil's ENERGY STAR® Homes Program allows residential customers to receive various incentives for utilizing energy efficient technologies in homes. In addition, Unitil offers an efficiency program for low-income customers. Residential customers who are income-eligible can receive energy audits and the installation of weatherization measures and energy efficient appliances and lighting.
