*Incentive inactive: for informational purposes only. See MassSave Programs NSTAR non-residential customers conducting new construction projects or undertaking a major renovation project are eligible to participate in the Construction Solutions Program. The program provides incentives for purchasing and installing high-efficiency equipment for use in commercial and industrial operations. NSTAR offers incentives of 90% of the incremental cost differential for comprehensive design or up to 75% of the incremental cost differential between standard base line and high-efficiency equipment. In addition, customers are eligible to receive cost sharing for engineering services and design and commissioning services. Rebates are available for:

  • Commercial Lighting
  • Industrial Lighting
  • Performance Lighting
  • Indirect Low-Glare Lighting
  • Unitary HVAC and Controls
  • HVAC Chillers
  • Motors
  • Variable Speed Drives
  • Compressed Air
