National Grid - Residential (Gas) Solar Water Heating Rebate Program

Summary

National Grid provides funding support to residential gas customers who install solar hot water heating. National Grid residential gas customers with eligible solar hot water systems can apply for a rebate of 15% off project costs up to a maximum of rebate of $1,500 for solar water heating systems. This rebate requires that participating customers share their water heating usage data for a period of 12 months in order to receive funding. National Grid works directly with residential solar installers, who submit rebate applications on behalf of the customer. Funding is limited.
