Summary

The Indianapolis Power and Light Builder Energy Efficiency Rebate Program is designed to encourage the construction of energy efficient new homes. The program offers incentives for certified efficient new homes, central air conditioners, heat pump systems, heat pump water heaters and furnaces. All equipment must meet program efficiency and installation requirements in order to qualify for incentives. The whole home construction incentives are awarded on a tiered basis.
