Summary

MidAmerican Energy's New Homes Program provides builders with a comprehensive list of prescriptive measures to guide the construction of energy efficient homes and offers a rebate for complying with those standards. The offer is applicable to single-family home construction within MidAmerican's distribution region. The rebates pay approximately 50% of the incremental cost of the upgrades up to $1,750, and vary depending on the type and efficiency of the equipment installed.
