Summary

Colquitt Electric Membership Corporation (CEMC) is an electric cooperative that offers services to 38,000 customers in Georgia, including Berrien, Brooks, Colquitt, Cook, Lowndes, Tift and Worth counties. For customers that currently have a fossil fuel heating system, CEMC will pay $250 for the purchase and installation of an electric heat pump that is rated at 13 SEER or higher.
