Tampa Electric - Solar Rebate Program

Summary

Note: On November 25th 2014 the Florida PSC voted to end a solar pilot program at the end of 2015 that requires independently owned utilities to offer solar rebates. This program will not be offered after December 31st, 2015.

Tampa Electric provides financial incentives to customers who install solar-energy systems on their homes and businesses. Customers who install eligible solar water heating systems may receive a rebate of $1,000.
