Summary

Aimed at systems under 760,000 Btu, incentives for installing new equipment that meets Tampa Electric's energy efficiency standards are approximately $30.00 per ton, or $0.0025 per Btu. (This program covers both direct expansion air conditioners and package terminal air conditioners.) Tampa Electric also offers incentives to commercial customers for reducing their load during peak hours through their Commercial Load Management Program.
