Florida City Gas - Residential Builder Energy Efficiency Program

Summary

Florida City Gas offers an incentive to home builders for installing gas appliances in new homes through their Residential Builder Program. In addition to incentives for each of the four major appliances listed above, Florida City Gas also offers a cash rebate of up to $300 per unit directly to the builder of a multi-family dwelling of five or more units for the installation of a natural gas central heating and/or water heating system.
Customers replacing an old natural gas appliance with a new natural gas appliance qualify for the Residential Appliance Retention Program. Rebates can be increased by $100-$450.
Customers who have an existing inactive natural gas service line that can be reactivated for an additional rebate of up to $200.
