San Isabel Electric Association (SIEA) provides incentives for its residential customers to install energy efficient equipment. Rebates are available for energy star appliances, electric water heaters, outdoor power equipment, smart thermostats, air conditioning, electric thermal storage, insulation, electric heat pumps and electric vehicles that meet program requirements.
