Summary

Residents in unincorporated Douglas County, the Cities of Castle Pines North and Lone Tree, and the Town of Larkspur that meet all eligibility requirements listed on www.myDCenergysaver.com may apply for a rebate. Rebates are available on a first-come, first-served basis through October 18, 2012 or until funds run out.

Gas Boilers: $500
Gas Water Heaters: $160 - $200
Tankless Gas Water Heaters: $400
Insulation, air sealing and weather-stripping: 20% of cost up to $500
Windows and Glass Doors: 20% of cost up to $1,000
Equipment Requirements: Windows and doors: U-Factor of .35 or less
Gas water heaters: .62 EF or greater (larger rebates available for greater efficiency)
Tankless gas water heater: minimum .82 EF
Gas furnaces: 92% + AFUE or greater (larger rebates available for greater efficiency)
Gas boilers: minimum 84% + AFUE
