Denver - Solar Access

Summary

The City of Denver protects solar access through §59-125, Denver Revised Municipal Code, which prevents excessive height on adjacent properties to the south.*


*In 2010 the Denver Zoning code was adopted and related ordinances were updated and incorporated into it. The solar access protection mentioned in the older municipal codes §59-125 does not exist in the new Denver Zoning Codes.
