Boulder County - EnergySmart Residential Energy Efficiency Loan Program

Summary

Boulder County homeowners participating in the county's EnergySmart program may be eligible for microloans of up to $5,000 to pay for energy efficiency improvements to their homes. Only improvements recommended during the energy assessment are eligible for loan funding. The term of the loan is determined by the size of the loan with loans up to $1,500 having 1 year to repay, 2 years for loans between $1,501 and $3,000, and 3 years for loans between $3,001 and $5,000.
