SCE - Multi-Family Residential Energy Efficiency Programs

Southern California Edison (SCE) offers prescriptive equipment replacements for qualifying multifamily residences at no-cost to the property owner or tenant. Deed-restricted properties may be eligible to receive lighting, HVAC, and pool pump replacements for common areas and updated energy-efficient appliances for multifamily dwellings. Energy-efficient replacements are available for:
  • Outdoor fixtures
  • Refrigerators
  • HVAC Units
  • Room AC
  • Evaporative Coolers
  • Variable-speed Pool Pumps
  • Weatherization
  • Smart Power Strips
  • Torchiere Lamps
  • LED Lighting
