Sheffield Utilities - Residential Heat Pump Loan Program

Summary

Sheffield Utilities, through the Tennessee Valley Authority, offers a loan to its customers to help with the purchase of a new energy efficient heat pump. The loan will be financed over a 10 year period with a 9% interest rate. To qualify for the loan, customers must have a good credit rating, the heat pump must be a TVA energy right heat pump, and it must be installed by a TVA approved contractor. A list of TVA approved contractors is available upon request from Sheffield Utilities.
