Sheffield Utilities, in collaboration with the Tennessee Valley Authority, offers an incentive for new homes built to an overall efficiency rating. The amount of the incentive varies depending on the efficiency rating. Existing homes may qualify for a free energy evaluation, which will identify efficiency opportunities within the customer's home.
