Summary

The energy right Program from Joe Wheeler EMC and TVA is designed to save money and gain home energy efficiency for its members in north Alabama. Heat pump loan approval is contingent upon a credit check by TVA and payment history with Joe Wheeler Electric and/or previous utility. To qualify for the program, the applicant must be a JWEMC member and be the owner of the property where the unit is to be installed. A $50 non-refundable application fee is required for loan processing. A copy of the deed to the property is required. A lien will be placed against the property until the unit is paid in full. A copy of your driver’s license must be included with the loan application.
