Rebates
In addition to the Home Energy Assessment, the homeowner may also be eligible to receive an Energy Smart rebate. Energy Smart provides direct rebates for energy improvement projects and also maintains up-to-date information on other financial incentives from utilities, state and local governments, and federal tax credits. Commercial rebates are also available through ESC partners.
Financing
The Colorado Residential Energy Upgrade (RENU) Loan program is a statewide residential loan program sponsored by the Colorado Energy Office, in partnership with Elevations Credit Union. It makes home energy upgrades easy and affordable by offering low-cost, long-term financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements. For more information click here.
