Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative (OTEC) can help its residential customers increase the energy efficiency of their homes through their Weatherization Loan Program. OTEC homeowners may obtain a loan from $1,000 to $4,000 to finance weatherization improvements by qualifying with a participating lending institution. Customers receiving this loan are ineligible for the weatherization rebate.
