Randolph Electric Membership Corporation offers a special electric bill discount to members who increase the energy efficiency of homes through the Energy Efficient Home Discount Program. Members who have all-electric homes and who meet the qualifying efficiency levels are eligible for discounts on Time-of-Use electric rates.
