Summary

St. Louis County SAVES is a low-interest rate financing program for home owners in St. Louis County.  The program allows residents to borrow $2500-$15,000 at low rates for efficiency improvments, including HVAC, water heaters and building envelope measures listed here.  Owner-occupied, single-family homes are eligible for these unsecured personal loans. The APR is based on loan fee and term; requirements are set at FICO score ≥ 660, debt-to-income ratio < 45%.
