National Grid Energy Delivery - Building Practices and Demonstration Program

Summary

Through the Building Practices and Demonstration Program, National Grid (formerly KeySpan Energy) will help pay the cost for a select few of their commercial customers to install new or under-utilized, commercially available energy saving technologies. Eligible technologies include:

  • Energy recovery devices
  • Combustion controls
  • building energy management systems
  • Desiccant units
  • Infrared space heating equipment
  • Infrared process heating equipment
  • Custom measures
Participation in the program includes allowing National Grid to publicize case study information and/or to conduct on-site tours. In return, installation costs for these measures will be compensated, and will improve the energy efficiency of equipment and reduce gas consumption each month.
