Renters and multi-family property owners are eligible for rebates of up to 50% of the installation cost. For low-income customers, a rebate of 100% of the installed cost for the listed energy saving measures will be provided. Eligible measures include attic insulation, duct insulation, floor insulation, wall insulation, pipe insulation, clock thermostats, crawl space insulation, and instrumented air sealing.
